Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 19, 2026

East Holdings LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company doing business as D2DHQ (“D2DHQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use the D2DHQ platform and related services (the “Service”).

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

  • Account Information: Name, email address, organization name, and authentication credentials when you register for an account.
  • Sales Representative Data: Names, email addresses, mailing addresses, commission rates, and payout information for representatives managed through the platform.
  • Deal Data: Sales transaction records imported via CSV files, including customer names, addresses, product types, sale dates, and amounts.
  • Payment Information: Billing details processed through a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified third-party payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Pitch Coaching Data: When an organization enables private-beta coaching features, the Service may collect door-to-door pitch audio, transcripts, written recaps, coaching scores, and generated voice feedback. Organizations and their representatives control whether recording is enabled and are responsible for providing notice or obtaining consent where required by applicable law.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Pages viewed, features used, timestamps, and general interaction patterns with the Service.
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers.
  • Cookies and Similar Technologies:Session cookies for authentication and security. On public marketing and company-owner onboarding pages, we also use Meta and Google advertising measurement tools. These tools may receive the page URL, IP address, browser information, advertising click and cookie identifiers, and limited conversion events. Conversion matching may include the company owner’s email address after it is transformed with a one-way hash. Advertising tools are not loaded in rep portals, admin workspaces, or homeowner workflows, and we do not send them rep data, homeowner data, commission amounts, payment-card details, or SMS phone numbers.

1.3 Homeowner Phone Numbers Collected for SMS Follow-Up

When a sales representative using the D2DHQ platform speaks with a homeowner in person at their door, the homeowner may choose to opt in to receive a follow-up text message. The homeowner enters their mobile phone number in the D2DHQ Knocker iOS app, taps the displayed consent prompt, and must reply YESto a verification text before automated follow-up messages are sent. These phone numbers are used to send follow-up SMS messages from the same representative the homeowner spoke with at the door, as part of the “D2DHQ Follow-Up” messaging program described in our Terms of Service.

Message frequency varies— a typical follow-up sequence is 0–4 messages over 72 hours after the in-person conversation, and the homeowner may receive additional messages only if they reply and request more information. Message and data rates may apply. Homeowners may opt out of follow-up SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message; replying HELPreturns support contact information. Opt-out requests are honored immediately and the homeowner’s phone number is excluded from all future messages.

Mobile phone numbers collected for the D2DHQ Follow-Up SMS program are never sold, rented, leased, or shared with third parties for their own marketing, advertising, or list-building purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may process mobile phone numbers, opt-in data, and consent records through service providers (such as Twilio, our SMS delivery vendor) only as needed to operate the Service and deliver the SMS program.
