Does every RSI program work automatically?

Only supported programs can use automatic imports. Confirm the programs available for your company during setup. Manual file uploads remain available for other sales sources.

Can I still upload CSV files?

Yes. Manual uploads remain available alongside supported RSI / EZ-TRAC imports.
